ПРОЦЕСС ПОДАЧИ ЗАЯВЛЕНИЯ НА ГРАЖДАНСТВО

ПРОСТОЙ2 ШАГ ПРОЦЕССА

ЭТАП 1 – ПФР | ЮРИДИЧЕСКАЯ ЭКСПЕРТИЗА

Директор (и другие заявители) заполняют форму номинации и готовят документы этапа 1 для рассмотрения VIC.

После того, как VIC подтвердит документы в порядке, сбор за проверку ПФР в размере 5 500 долларов США / 7 500 австралийских долларов за каждого заявителя старше 18 лет (не подлежит возврату) выплачивается VIC, подающему заявку на первом этапе.

DD проводится Отделом финансовой разведки (ПФР). После письменного подтверждения отсутствия отрицательных результатов ПФР дает разрешение на переход заявки на Этап 2.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К ДОКУМЕНТАМ ЭТАПА 1:

Копия паспорта – страница с фотографией (минимум 6 месяцев), заверенная нотариально
Акт о несудимости - нотариально заверенный
Удостоверение личности или водительское удостоверение с фотографией – нотариально заверенное.
Свидетельство о рождении – нотариально заверенное
Свидетельство о браке – (основной заявитель)
Резюме, включая образование и опыт работы

STAGE 1

FIU DUE DILIGENCE

Principal (and other applicants) complete the Nomination Form and prepare the Stage 1 Documents for VIC review.

Once VIC confirm documents in order, the FIU diligence fee of USD$8,000 per application is then paid to VIC who lodge Stage 1 of the Application.

DD is conducted by Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Upon written confirmation of no adverse findings, FIU Clearance is granted for the Application to proceed to Stage 2.

STAGE 1 DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Passport Copy – photo page (min 6 months) notarized
Police Clearance Report - notarized
Photo Identity Card or Driver’s License - notarized
Certification of Birth – notarized
Marriage Certificate
Resume including education and employment history

FIU CLEARANCE - within 7-10 days of submissions

STAGE 2

CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION

Applicant/s complete Stage 2 documentation and makes full payment to VIC Limited and VIC submit to Screening Committee min 8 days prior to Citizenship Commission meeting held twice a month.

After Citizenship Commission (CC) approves the Application, an approval letter is issued. Oath Taking Ceremony is then organized for the applicant to receive their Vanuatu Citizenship and Passport.

Due to travel restrictions Ceremonies may be conducted via Skype and Passports and Certificates couriered via DHL directly to clients.

Proof of Residential Address - (utility bill etc)
Passport Form completed and signed

CITIZENSHIP GRANTED - within 5 days of CC Meeting

Secure investment in the CNO Future Fund, formalized by share certificates issued after funds clear and Vanuatu citizenship granted.
